How Are You, REALLY?

(A serious note about mental health.)

I’m writing this to you from the car, driving to a memorial service for my husband’s childhood friend, Dylan.

You see, a few weeks ago, Dylan stopped his car on the road, walked over to a nearby airport hangar, and took his own life.

It’s one more story in a list of stories of people who were living with so much pain that they felt death was the only way out.

I know this feeling all too well. Maybe you have felt it too? Maybe you know someone who has?

We are in a crisis when it comes to our mental health.

Cynthia talks about the depression, mental health and suicide crisis we are facing.

Over the last few years, I’ve done a ton of work around mental health. For myself and others.

I’ve created new tools to help people who are suffering, struggling to just feel ok.

I launched The Modern Life Coach School to certify coaches who are educated in modern ways to help people who so desperately need it.

And this week I launched a brand-new website with a powerful self-assessment and free training to help people rewrite the stories that keep them stuck, unhealthy, and unhappy.

I’m determined to help people stop hurting and struggling so they can create a life they are proud of.

There is so much to come and I can’t wait to share it with you.

For now, it’s important to know that you are not alone.

We’re in this together.

And we’re here to live, laugh, play, and love.

So, I’ll try my best to share ways you can do that too. If you need help, reach out.

If you want to know the tools, tips, and tricks I’ve been using to become SELF made and create a great life for myself and others, stick around.

Every Sunday, I’ll send you a short message about what I’m teaching, exploring, reading, watching, and more.

If there’s something you want me to talk about, reply to your SELF Made Sunday emails
and let me know. I read all the responses.

With love and support,
