I’m 48. I’ve been on peptides for over a decade. Here’s what I’m actually on at 48, what each one does, and why I’m on it. From topical peptides injectables, I’m sharing what I use for my skin, body, mental clarity, focus, energy, strength building and more!
I work with my doctor and use a compounding pharmacy. Here are two providers I trust:
In this episode I walked you through the 5 peptides I’m actually on. Here they are, in the order they show up in the show.
1. GHK-Cu (topical copper peptide). Signals your skin to repair itself and stimulates collagen. Has more research behind it than just about any topical peptide on the market right now. It’s the one I tell every woman to start with before she even thinks about going deeper.
2. Ipamorelin + Tesamorelin. A combo that tells your pituitary gland to release more of your body’s own growth hormone. I’ve been on this one for over ten years. Better skin. Better hair. Faster recovery. The one I’d never give up.
3. MOTS-c. A peptide that comes from your mitochondria, the little batteries inside every one of your cells. Not a stimulant. Not caffeine. It’s your cells actually working again. The one I add when I need to be a fucking machine.
4. BPC-157. Body Protection Compound 157. The most-studied tissue repair peptide we have. My recovery secret. A treatment that used to take me a full week of downtime now takes days.
5. Tirzepatide. Same compound that’s in Mounjaro and Zepbound. I am NOT on it for weight loss. I take a small dose every other week for inflammation and cellular health. It targets the same zombie cells (cellular senescence) that are the root cause of aging.
If you want to go deeper on dosing, what’s working for me, what’s working for other women, the providers we use, and the tips and tricks we’ve picked up along the way, all that conversation lives inside The Vanity Club.

This is what I do. Not what you should do. I’m sharing my own experience as a 48-year-old woman who’s been on peptides for over a decade, working with a doctor, getting labs, and taking the smallest doses that work for me.
I am not a doctor, and nothing in this episode or these show notes is medical advice. Peptides are not FDA-approved for anti-aging use. Before you take anything, talk to a qualified medical provider who’ll actually look at your labs and co-create a protocol with you.
If you click through to either provider link above, you are making your own decision about what to do with your body. You are agreeing that I am not liable for any outcome, side effect, or interaction that comes from a product you purchase from them. Figure out what’s right for your body with a doctor. The choice is yours.

The Uncomfortable Cost of staying
I've spent over $1.3 million testing products and treatments on my own face. The Vanity Club is where I put everything I've learned... what works, what's a waste, what I'd do differently, and what I'm using right now.
It's a private community for women who said 'fuck no' to aging gracefully. Skincare, injectables, peptides, hormones, makeup, all of it. Updated constantly.
